“water Glass with Acorns Still Life” is an original 8”x6” oil painting by Cape Cod artist Michael R. Mills, combining elegance and rustic charm in a serene tabletop composition. This realistic still life painting features a vintage-style green glass partially filled with water, surrounded by acorns and resting atop a crisp white cloth with deep blue stripes.

The reflective surfaces, gentle shadows, and rich textures exemplify contemporary realism at its finest. Each element — from the glint of the glass to the earthy tones of the acorns — is rendered with subtle precision, inviting quiet observation and appreciation of everyday beauty.

Ideal for collectors of glassware still life paintings, botanical fine art, or those seeking fine art for kitchen or dining room decor, this piece delivers a timeless composition steeped in warmth and natural balance.
